 Booking Policy

Appointments must be requested at least 3 days in advance. Same-day appointments are not available. A $50 deposit is required to secure an appointment and is applied toward the service balance. *Waxing is available as an add-on only to a massage or facial and cannot be booked as a stand-alone service.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Clients are not able to reschedule appointments online; any appointment changes must be arranged directly with us.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, will result in the $50 deposit becoming nonrefundable.

No Call/No Show

No-call/no-show appointments will result in the $50 deposit becoming nonrefundable.

Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so that the next appointment can begin on time. The original service fee will still apply. If you expect to be late, please contact Noni Therapy as soon as possible.

 Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment, especially for your first visit, to allow time for paperwork and to settle in. Please silence mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival. 

​Informed Consent

 At your first visit with us you will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional onsite massage therapy, etc policies and procedures. 

Professional Boundaries

Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the onsite policies and procedures. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.

The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances. A professional distance will be maintained from these areas.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.

For your safety

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any services. Kindly inform your technician of any existing medical conditions by completing a check-In form prior to receiving your treatments. Noni Therapy reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties. 

Gratuity

While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted.

Forms of Payment

We accept Cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, HSA, FSA or Discover credit cards for payment.  Personal checks are not accepted.
